Samoa is a character in Kappa Mikey. She is a ghost girl who is Gonard's friend. Samoa only appeared in "LilyBoo."

In the episode, Samoa is looking for her candy called a Jawstopper (a reference to Gobstoppers from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory).

She is voiced by Becky Poole.
